Services offered on aihelp.sk are provided by AI skill s. r. o. Contact: info@aihelp.sk. This page explains what personal data we process, why we process it and what rights you have.

Website operators

Services ordered through this website are provided and invoiced by AI skill s. r. o., registered office Magurská 7006/9, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia, company ID 57 162 972, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section Sro, file no. 50596/P.

Its information systems are connected with those of the affiliated company iTY s. r. o., registered office Vajanského 5661/6, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia, company ID 45 701 709, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section Sro, file no. 30060/P. Both companies have the same ownership and management and both can access contact-form and email-update data. We therefore process this data as joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR.

We agreed that one contact point handles your rights: info@aihelp.sk. We will handle your request regardless of which company you address.

Data we process

Email updates

If you subscribe, we store your email address, subscription date and signup source. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe through the link in an email.

Contact form

The first-contact form may include your name, email address, phone number, role, information about your business or activity, AI experience, tools used, objective, expected outcome, timing and readiness for a next step. After submission, the data is sent to our contact mailbox and is also stored in the inquiry database on the AIhelp.sk hosting. Database storage lets us find and manually assess the request, track its handling and recover it if email delivery fails.

Access is limited to authorised people working for the joint controllers and technical providers needed to operate the hosting and email service. Requests are not assessed automatically; the owner processes them manually in the contact mailbox and a protected internal console. We use the data to reply, recommend an appropriate next step and manage follow-up communication. The legal bases are steps taken before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in properly handling and recording requests under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

AI processing and automated decisions

We do not currently send contact-form answers to external AI services and do not use them for automated decision-making or profiling. If this changes, we will update the form and this policy before the workflow is enabled.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for traffic statistics. Google processes online identifiers and device information; it uses the IP address to derive approximate location and truncates it before storage. Advertising features are not used, and analytics does not start without consent.

Server logs and abuse prevention

The hosting stores standard access logs such as IP address, time and requested page for website security and operation. Form endpoints also keep short-lived technical records derived from an IP address for rate limiting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and local storage

You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Recipients

Retention and deletion

We keep an email address for updates until you unsubscribe. We keep contact requests and related email communication while handling the request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless we need them longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Automatic deletion from the inquiry database is not currently implemented. You can request deletion at info@aihelp.sk; after reviewing the request, we will manually delete the data from the inquiry database and contact mailbox unless the law or a legitimate legal claim requires further retention. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics configuration.

Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Contact info@aihelp.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office at dataprotection.gov.sk.

Withdrawing consent

Withdraw analytics consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer and choose “Essential only”. Unsubscribe from email updates through the unsubscribe link in an email.
