Legal information

Privacy policy

Services offered on aihelp.sk are provided by AI skill s. r. o. Contact: info@aihelp.sk. This page explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and what rights you have.

Website operators

Services ordered through this website are provided and invoiced by AI skill s. r. o., with its registered office at Magurská 7006/9, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia, company ID 57 162 972, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section Sro, file no. 50596/P.

The company’s information systems are connected to those of the affiliated company iTY s. r. o., with its registered office at Vajanského 5661/6, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia, company ID 45 701 709, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section Sro, file no. 30060/P. Both companies have the same ownership and management, and both have access to data from forms and email-update subscriptions. We therefore process your data as joint controllers under Article 26 GDPR.

We have agreed that your rights will be handled through a single contact point: info@aihelp.sk. We will handle your request regardless of which of the two companies you address it to.

Data we process

Email updates

If you subscribe to email updates, we store your email address, subscription date, and signup source. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; after you unsubscribe, we will not send you any further updates.

Contact form

The first-contact form on the Contact page may include your name, email address, phone number, job role, information about your business or activity, level of AI experience, tools used, a description of your objective, expected outcome, timing, readiness for the next step, and an optional coupon code. After submission, the data is sent to our contact email inbox and stored at the same time in the inquiry database hosted by AIhelp.sk. Database storage allows us to find and manually assess the inquiry, track how it is handled, and recover it if email delivery fails.

Only authorised persons working for the joint controllers and the technical providers required to operate the hosting and email services have access to inquiries. We do not assess inquiries automatically; the owner processes them manually in the contact inbox and in a protected internal console. The purposes are to respond to the request, propose an appropriate next step, and manage follow-up communication. The legal bases are steps taken before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in properly handling and recording the inquiry under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

AI processing and automated decision-making

We do not currently send answers from the contact form to external AI services or use them for automated decision-making or profiling. If we introduce an AI workflow in the future, we will update both the form and this information before launching it, and we will identify the relevant recipients, purposes, and legal basis.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure website traffic statistically. In doing so, Google processes online identifiers and device information; it uses the IP address to derive an approximate location and truncates the address before storing it. We do not use advertising features, and analytics does not start without your consent.

Server logs and protection against abuse

The hosting service stores standard access logs, including IP address, time, and the page visited, to secure and operate the website. Form endpoints also temporarily store technical records derived from the IP address to protect against spam and abuse through rate limiting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and local storage

You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Recipients of data

Retention

We retain your email address for email updates until you unsubscribe. We retain contact inquiries and related email communication while handling the inquiry and for a reasonable period after it ends, unless we need them for longer to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Automatic deletion from the inquiry database is not currently implemented. You can request deletion at info@aihelp.sk; after reviewing the request, we will manually delete the data from the inquiry database and contact inbox unless further retention is required by law or a legitimate legal claim. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics configuration.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object to processing, receive your data in a portable form, and withdraw consent. Simply contact info@aihelp.sk — this is the shared contact point for both controllers. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic at dataprotection.gov.sk.
